"Fantastic property! Thank you to the host for all very prompt responses. The condo is wonderful, cozy, and so close to everything you need - Walmart, outlet Mall, Whole Foods, great restaurants (Sterling's was amazing), and right on the path to Park City or freeway to other close ski resorts. There are 2 bedrooms, one on the first floor, big closet and bathroom with the same set up on the second floor additional bed on second floor big bathroom. The indoor assigned parking, elevator service, in unit laundry, and other amenities were a solid "A". We will return to here next time we ski in the Park City area. Thanks again, outstanding stay. "

"Hot tub was the highlight of the room, room was clean and nicely kept, beautiful view of the mountains, staff was friendly. Only issue I had, is my girlfriend broke her knee skiing (tibial plateau fracture) and I basically had to pack everything by myself, so I called the designated number that was texted to me to request late check out (10:57AM I called), the lady gave me attitude on the phone like it was a crime to ask for late check out. It says no where that I need to request it by “7 or 8AM” like the lady on the phone told me, because her house cleaners would be “mad” at her. Lady, IDGAF about who will be mad at you. We ended up taking our time and checking out around 12:15PM. Also, hotel staff was mopping the floors right outside our room in front of the elevators, she is on crutches and she slipped and ended up injuring the knee again by trying to catch her fall. Not the staffs fault, but a sign would have been nice, notifying others that the floor is wet. Other than that I would definitely stay here again next time I plan another Park City trip. Emily was very friendly (receptionist) and her husband Gary actually gave us a ride to Smith’s one night because we didn’t want to walk (20 degrees outside and no rental car, Uber $20 to take you 800 feet)."

"Good place for sleep after skiing, comfortable and clean"

"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"This hotel has the feel of staying in a condo type of property but has the added amenities of a hotel if and when you need. This is our second time here and we loved it! The suites are well equipped for a long weekend stay (or longer stay if you prefer), and the rooms were well-maintained and in great condition! Highly recommend. You will not feel ripped off like so many hotels in the Park City area during ski season. "
