"Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. "I had a great stay here when my flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm. They have free hot coffee and tea in the lobby, and it was easy to have some food delivered from one of the many nearby restaurants. Room was clean and quiet. Had a relaxing hot bath. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Scrambled eggs, waffles, fried potatoes, yogurt. My one frustration was finding the shuttle to the hotel, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call the hotel to ask. The shuttle goes to the Airtrain station P3, and getting from the hotel to my terminal did take a while. So give yourself plenty of time if you're going to use the shuttle."
