“Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed.……

“It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit ”

“Ac would not cool. But other than thay it was really good”

“I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.”

“Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience.”

“Needs some repair but overall clean”

“Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.”

“Hot tub out of order”

“One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. ”

“The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

“Staff was kind and cook was very nice. The room was well kept. ”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was……
