"Pro: The room was spacious, location convenient, car park available, love the washer and dryer inside room, price was reasonable. Cons: Housekeeping was not good, dishes were not washed daily, toiletries were sometimes not refilled, there was no table or place to put stuff next to the sink in one of the toilet which was very inconvenient, also the socket for battery charging was placed near the floor which was also not very friendly."

"On the arriving day , when we wondering outside the door of the hotel, one young lady walked out to greeting us warmly, and accompany us to walk in, check in and went to the room. Then she guided us how to use the facility clearly. We think she is working at the front desk but not sure. She is proactive and friendly. The first impression to the hotel is Great!"
