"Great service at reception and from the team at the front door. My only feedback was the slowness of the elevators and that 1 was out of action for 2 days of my stay which created queues for the elevators."

"The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was a short walking distance to all the major sites. Also, the breakfast place at the hotel had amazing coffee! Would definitely stay again."

"Upgrades are going on around the area. Hotel is nice, clean. And 4 blocks from Pikes about a 15 min walk to the space needle. Bus stop in next block Link Light Rail to Airport 4 blocks up. Front dest Host Super nice! Bikes to use with Lock and Helmet. 1st impression nice inexpensive hotel. If it changes I will update this."

"Room was very clean but can tell it’s very aged. The mini fridge was useless as it wouldn’t keep anything cold."

"Absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Convenient location for public transportation into the city and the UW campus is gorgeous to walk through. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars we felt safe leaving our car in the garage. It has a security gate! The staff were welcoming, helpful, and lovely to speak to! We were really impressed. Our room was clean, and comfortable! We loved the extra bedding because it made us feel like we were cozy which you desire when being away from home. You’re also given adorable cookies & coffee upon arrival which is a bonus! "

"This hotel is lovely, but I wouldn't recommend it for children as our 11th floor window opens with no protection from falling. Staff was very efficient and friendly. I'd stay here again."
