“This home is spacious while being very welcoming. We gathered friends and family to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Enjoyed sitting around the nicely sized dining table where everyone could eat and laugh. Kitchen was very well-stocked, plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable. Really nice space to get good friends together or for a mini-family reunion. Highly recommend!”

“Loved the home, location and easy access to all the wonderful things to do in Champaign Urbana. Great trail for runners- especially long distance runners like myself. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and played air hockey and pac man almost non-stop!”

“Although it was just my husband and I, this place could accomadate another couple and 2-3 children. This place is in a convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants close by as well as the University of Illinois.”

“Great location for attending the Illinois Marathon. The property had plenty of space, clean, safe neighborhood, nice wrap around deck and stylish decor. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay!”

“Pretty much as expected. A nice place for a bachelor. Suggestions for the host: install grab bars in the shower, leave some kind of instructions for the TV, broom to sweep the deck. Tips for guests: bring a full size bar of soap and bottled water for coffee.”

“Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.”
