“It was very convenient a with everything we needed. It is a bit far away from the more touristy areas. But great if that is what you are looking for. Staff are good at communication and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store less than a block away.”

“The room is spacious and clean. However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue.”

“This place is awesome! I cannot recommend enough. It has such a cozy feel outside of the room. The fitness center is top tier and has every thing you need. KB, DB, TRX, cables, lat pull down, even ski machine. If you enjoy working out on vacation, then this is your place. It is hard to get a massage bc only one masseuse, and she books up so if you want a massage, plan in advance. No couples massage either. But, I LOVE this place. I will stay again for sure. ”

“Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.”

“My stay was honestly good. The staff was super patient — they only communicated in Portuguese, but this was never an issue (thank God for technology!). They were always quick to help and responded to concerns efficiently. The room itself was suitable for me, the AC was nice to combat the summer heat. The pillows were slightly hard but it didn’t sour my experience. The location was also good, i easily walked to most of my preferred sightseeing spots. “旅館職員相當友善，他向我們介紹了不少當地的景點及前往方法，還有那些餐廳可以去那些不要去之類。雖然旅館是處於一座有二百年歷史的建築入面，但因最近翻新了，所以一點都不覺得殘舊，房間都很不錯。不過，有幾點需要留意： 1. 旅館位置距離市中心大約是十五分鐘腳程，出入都可Metro或Bus，但會貴； 2. 由旅館前往市中心是下斜路段，所以回程就是上斜； 3. 房間隔音不太理想，會聽到別人說話，但沒有影響我倆睡眠； 4. 旅館內是沒有升降機，所以大型行李上落會不方便，但旅館職員有幫手拿。 以上的問題對我們都不是問題，所以應為整理是很不錯。”

“24H的櫃台人員都非常親切，原本看先前的評價有點擔心老屋的房間或抽風系統會有異味問題，但入住後很放心，感覺得出來飯店很認真做改善，冷氣和浴室都有翻新，每天的清潔服務也都很乾淨，會固定補飲用水。大房格局很好，有個露天陽台可邊喝酒邊看夕陽，住起來很舒服。 飯店樓下就是藥局和公園，再走幾步就有超市和自助洗衣，距離餐廳和市區大約是步行10~15分鐘的路程，機能非常完善。每天出門前我們都有請櫃台幫忙裝水，這在歐洲真的很方便，謝謝飯店為環保盡的一份心力！”
