“Un bon rapport qualité prix”

“Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out.”

“Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation……

“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“This is a good option in Toulouse. It is a 20 minute walk to the center of the town but there is a subway station 5 minute from the hotel. It is mostly a student hotel. As our room was over an exterior area, it got a little bit noisy later in the day. Breakfast was very good. Check in was a breeze.”

“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……

“Really nice room and bathroom. Coffee maker was much appreciated. It will be nicer when renovated lounges are ready. Didn’t like the dark corridors. Location was really good. Easy to get to from train station. ”
