We had a big problem casting from our devices to the television to watch some streaming services but the staff was wonderful and took care of it for us by offering us a free glass of wine at the bar and complimentary breakfast. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Charlottesville VA.”

“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“The staff, especially Sean (front desk) and Matt (valet) were terrific. The room was comfortable and uniquely decorated. While small, the hotel has a fun game room, a coffee shop and a rooftop bar. The location us great for both Uva and downtown attractions. ”
