“On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.”

“If my daughter goes to Western, this will be my hotel of choice. The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice and kind the restaurant and the food are fantastic and it is connected to a ton of activities if you have other kids with you.”

“Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would……

“Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Front desk had us checked in in 10 minutes after we came in the door. Breakfast was fresh and ready at the time they said it would be ready.”

“一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。”

“Friendly staff. Clean room. Old amenities which need to be renovated. Especially room AC is not controlled. Room is very stuffy with bad ventilation. Close to many stores and restaurants. But right now the major road close by is under construction which build in inconvenient access ”

“The room was clean. When we checked out the pool upon arrival, we were very disappointed to find it smelling ALOT like bleach. Therefore, did not use it. Also, it would have been nice to have a table in the room. ”

“Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters……

“the internet did not work, the TV did not work, there was stains on bedding and towels. Mold on one of the beds, Constructions outside disruptive all day,”

“5 huge pot holes when you first pull in. Looked like they just slapped some paint in the halls and called it a day. Went to pull out the couch bed for my Children and the mattress was upside down absolutely no sheets on it. Stained all over the bed. AND looked like poop or something stuck on the mattress. (Family room) My mom was down the hallway in a different room. And there was a COCKROACH crawling on the desk. Will never book there again ”
