"Everything and everyone were leaps and bounds above expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The onsens were beyond par. The perfect complement when snowboarding Hakuba all day. It was an incredibly relaxing experience when coming back to our room. The amenities at this hotel were fantastic and our room incredibly spacious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"Amazing stay. Old hotel but very cozy. Breakfast was average- they had lot of variety though. For the price, it was ok. We were 4 staying in one room and didn't really feel that it was too congested. Lounge is extremely cozy after a day on mountains. They have a dry room which is great use for skiers. Onsen is awesome especially the one outside. We were using it every day. Must try dinner buffet especially because it comes with unlimited drinks, food was ok. But worth the price, i think. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Location couldn't be better- you can literally ski in ski out- although we did get a bit lost on the slopes trying to find the lifts closer to the hotel. That was mainly because we started skiing from gondola area which is only 5 mins walk away- just because we had to buy the tickets on day 1. Woody's rental shop is also very close by so it became very convenient with rentals and stuff. Just be very careful while driving your car out of the car park in snow as it was very slippery on the end of carpark before you hit the main road."
