“Good service, good room, fast response. The only ting is that the sofa bed is very old . No one dares sitting on it as we are not sure if the cleanliness. overall Speaking, It's Recommended”

“We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was a definite perk since we picked up Maryland crabs at the Municipal Fish Market and brought them back to our room to eat. Luckily we were able to get onsite parking although I did pay a little less than $70/night. The man and lady at the desk when we arrived were so pleasant and accommodating offering assistance with the Latch app, etc. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “Good price and good location. You get your money's worth. The sofa bed seemed a little dirty, but the bed in the main bedroom is clean and that was all I needed.”

“Very secure building. Clean, reasonably stocked. Really close to the Nationals stadium. The only downside, no checking in instructions since there is no front desk. I would stay here again.”

“位置很棒，全家出游，时间比较宽松，在这个酒店还是很合适的，可以自己做饭，离Whole food Market步行大概15分钟。如果在网上预订后分到合适的房间感觉会很不错。一旦有问题找客服就很麻烦，需要打电话联系，而且不解决问题。我们当时的房间靠街道，特别吵，而且窗帘是百叶窗，根本不遮光（路灯晚上一直亮着），打电话联系，说好第二天给换房间的，一直也没有给换，要求延期一天住宿，答应了要发邮件确认的，一直也没发。”
