Communication with the host Sean was excellent from start to finish; he was responsive and helpful. The location within the complex was a huge bonus. 「This was a great unit for our purpose. Felt newly remodeled. Beds were comfy. Nice extras provided, like a cooler, pool noodles, pickleball, tennis rackets and some fishing gear. Check in & out was one of the easiest, so far. The pool was a HUGE hit. Location was good. Close to the park and good food. Husband only wished we were a bit closer to fishing, but we just didn’t know. Only critiques; wish the couch was a bit bigger. It isn’t bad, just a note. And the patio is small and the furniture...

「This was our second time at Ocean Point. Our unit was much better than the previous year. Except for the shower in the master bath only had cold water. And no water pressure. The water pressure was not good in the kitchen either and only had cold water. The second bathroom had no issues. The outdoors is beautiful. 」

「Super clean, new condo. Owner was wonderful about communicating any needs. Unit was clean and there is a washer dryer in the unit. They actually left two laundry pods for wash which was super helpful after coming off a cruise! The bathroom looks like it has been remodeled, and there was body wash and shampoos for our use. Kitchen is pristine and ready to use. There is a cute pool on site which we did not have time to visit and a beautiful private beach are which is SO beautiful! ...
