The Reef Hotel is a three level building WITHOUT elevators so you have to carry your own luggage up the three flights of stairs. The WiFi connection in the room did not work. The staff said they could not fix it for the two days I stayed there. Inside the room there were small ants around the bathroom sink. The room was not cleaned and bed not made for the second day of my stay. The hotel staff was not helpful on any of my concerns.
