Hej Elin Berglund, du borde skämmas, först försökte ni betala med ett ogiltigt kort. Självklart debiterar vi det insatta kortet efteråt, vi gillar inte att bli lurade. Var glad att vi lät dig sova med oss ändå för bedrägeriförsöket.You should be ashamed of yourselves, at first you tried to pay with an invalid card. Of course, we charge the deposited card afterwards, we don't like to be cheated. Be glad that we let you sleep with us anyway for the attempted fraud. And next time, don't be so respectless with the cleaningstaff!! They do a great job and wanna always help. You was really unrespectfull!!

Fact is: you told me 3 different stories, wha we should accept your cancel request, days before you arrived.Every time another story. Please be just honest when you call a hotel, and we will always help you. But in your case was it too curios, sorry to say that.You have booked an non refundable room for 2 nights, not a week.And it is not fair towards to other guests who pay the full price with the option to cancel, if we allow you after that story to cancel. Distance: it is clearly written, that the center is 1 km from the hotel away. You looked for a restaurant, we made you a recommendation for a good one, 5 min away, you declined it. We never had a restaurant in the hotel, but there is a shop, 60 meter from the hotel, you declined.About the bed: You booked a doublerrom for 1 person, i gave you a room with 2 singlebed, thats right. Then i offered you another room as an upgrade, you declined it.If you try to find a reason, to change the hotel, there is always something. We talked at the reception, how can you say something about the service or the taste in the room? We made our best, but it looks like you never wanted to stay with us. I hope, you found what you were looking for.We wish you all the best.
