While we were disappointed we weren't able to fully enjoy Lake Lure (due to the recovery from Helene), we were happy to come visit the area and support the local businesses while they work to rebuild. The property was convenient to many attractions and activities and Bob is an A host.」

「This was our second stay at the cabin. It was as wonderful as we remembered it. Perfect location between Brevard and Hendersonville, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the porch is a great spot for waiting out an afternoon storm or counting fireflies in the evening. We plan to return again next summer. 」

「We had a great time in the Rose Room. It was the perfect get away for my fiancé and I. The room feels very homey and big. The bathtub is HUGE and super nice. We loved the outdoor space to play cards and have a nightcap. Overall 10/10 experience.Our only complaint was if you used the dishes you had to clean them in the bathroom sink, but not a big deal.」

「If I could give a perfect 10, this one would be a 10. When looking for the perfect place for a getaway, look no further. This is it! The owner/host, Carl, greeted us on our arrival to explain all the features the cabin has to offer. He cares deeply about his cabins as can be seen by the detail of wood craftsmanship he has filled them with and along with strategically placed lighting that add that extra whimsical touch...it's wonderful. There are also Bluetooth accessed speakers than can be...

「Beautiful, secluded and peaceful spot. The cabin was clean, super-cozy and furnished with everything we needed. When something beyond his control went wrong, the owner went out of his way to fix it for us. If we visit Asheville again, we will book this place. Loved it.」
