"This place is located very close to Disneyland! It was perfect for us! It is small but it is very clean! The upstairs loft is not suitable for adults. It work for us because our youngest children are teens. Only a short walk to the train station! Overall it was a fantastic stay and if i was ever to go back to Tokyo i would stay here again if I had the chance!"

"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."
