Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.

The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
No persons other than guests of the facility are allowed in the pool.

In this structure tranquillity reigns supreme, we guarantee absolute relaxation, starry nights and unforgettable sunsets!

Services subject to payment and reservation
riding lessons, horseback riding and riding therapy at the Eden Riding School;
mountain bike rides with an expert guide; holistic massages; yoga and meditation meetings;
mountain trekking with a nature guide; canoe trips.

The CAPRIOLO annexe is an independent cottage for 2 people located opposite the main farmhouse and consists of a bedroom with bathroom, a living area with kitchenette, table, chairs, sideboard, sofa and WI.FI air conditioning.
Private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded by 2 mulberry trees, fenced, also suitable for guests travelling with dogs.

Dogs of all sizes are accepted and there is no breed discrimination.

The property is 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino, and to reach it it is essential to be in possession of your own means of transport.

A minimum booking of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday is required.

The nearest supermarket is 10 km away and we recommend that you do your shopping before arriving at your destination.

Occasional dinners are organised.

To reach the property you must drive 1.5 km along a country road.

Nearby: Urbino the Unesco World Heritage Renaissance city (birthplace of Raphael with its splendid Ducal Palace, also home to the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche), Urbania the ancient Casteldurante (Church of the Dead with the unique Cemetery of the Mummies), S. Angelo in Vado (picturesque medieval village, Cascata del Sasso waterfall), Sassocorvaro (Rocca Ubaldinesca a masterpiece of Italian military architecture), Macerata Feltria, Pennabilli (city of street artists) S. Leo, S. Marino, Gradara (it is here that the love story between Paolo and Francesca narrated by Dante in the Divine Comedy is told), Mondavio, Gola del Furlo, Gubbio (50 Km) Grotte di Frasassi (50 Km).

Splendido casale in campagna.

Casale molto bello, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio, a pochi chilometri da bellissime città d'arte. Il nostro appartamento (dependance separata) era molto comodo, pulito e curato e i proprietari sono stati accoglienti e prodighi di consigli. Ottimo soggiorno, non si può sperare di meglio.
