It was a nice and clean big family room in a cozy and cave hotel. Staff was friendly. In case you wanna book any other attractions they also help you. Garden is beautiful to hang out night time or after breakfast to sip your coffee. I really loved the place since it’s in the centre of Urgup!

The hotel was clean but also not. The bedding we had was very old, stained, and had hair. There also were multiple ants and spiders in the bathroom and a few ants crawling on the bed - which I guess is expected since it’s a cave hotel. We asked them to bug spray the room and to clean it. They didn’t clean it while we were out on our tour; maybe, they bug sprayed it. The staff is nice. Breakfast is good. We just wouldn’t stay again.

Kahvaltı orta halli, idare eder. Yatak iki teklinin birleşimi dolayısı ile çok rahat değil. İnternet erişimi çok iyi. Resepsiyonda ki Kadir çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve sorunları çözmek için elinden gelen bütün imkanlarını sonuna kadar kullandı.

Fiyatına göre eh işte

Kahvaltı saatine yetişemesek bile bebeğimiz yüzünden bize anlayış gösterip omlet hazırlamaları çok hoşumuza gitti. Hoş bir bahçesi var. Odalar gayet iyi ama biraz daha bakımlı olabilirdi . Duşakabinin temizlenmesi gerekiyordu.

Odamız giriş katta olduğu için pencere karşısında oturanların sesleri oda içerisindeydi. Ayrıca duş içerisindeki gider tıkalıydı ve su gitmiyordu. Taharet musluğu çalışmıyordu. Odanın özellikle banyonun genel temizliği kötüydü.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit top Lage, schönen Innenhof

Ein sehr gut gelegenes, gemütliches Hotel mit herrlichem Innenhof. Wir hatten eine Höhlen – Suite, originell eingerichtet mit sehr großen Badezimmer und einem eigenen Whirlpool. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cappadocia Ultra Trail için konakladık. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, odalar fena değil, çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı katı için çok dik bir merdiveni çıkmanız gerekiyor, eğer yanınızda yaşlı biri varsa veya engelliyseniz sorun olabilir. Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok az ve temizlik çok özenli değil, dünden kalma kırıntılar yerlerde, temiz tabakların üzerinde bir şeyler vardı anlayamadım. Biz yarış için geldiğimiz için pek konfor aramadık genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Es gibt einen schönen Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Getränke, gleich welcher Art, im Hotel zu kaufen. Es gibt auch keine Lobby, die zum Sitzen einlädt.

Öncelikle bir turizmci olarak işletmenin verdiği hizmete hayran kaldım. Biz 3 gecelik bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Girişte güleryüzle karşılandık, otel , turlar ve ürgüp hakkında sohbet havasında bizlere bilgilendirmeler yapıldı. Her türlü istek ve sorularımızla detaylı ilgilenildi. Benim en çok değinmek istediğim nokta şu ki; genelde diğer otellerde yaşadığım problem temizlik eksiğiydi ama bu otelde daha sadece ilk gecemizden sonra bile, söylemememize rağmen odamız detaylı şekilde temzilenmişti. Gerek bile yoktu ama öyle titiz davranıyorlar ki... Oda ve kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet veriyorlar ve biz ailecek kahvaltısına bayıldık. Nasıl isterseniz o şekilde omlet yapıyorlar. Kahvaltıdaki patates bile organik. Ve kahvaltı da da hijyen ön planda. Odaları çok güzel mağara konseptini sizlere tam olarak görseldeki şekliyle sunmuşlar. Konum olarak çok güzel. Kolayca ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Ürgüp şehir merkezindeki her noktaya yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkese teşekkür ederim. Gidecek olan herkese de oteli tavsiye ederim.

Otelin kapısından girdiğin andan itibaren bahçenin güzel havasını hissediyorsunuz. Kaldığım oda çok güzeldi ve konforluydu. Kocaman bir hamamı vardı. Haman kültürünü sevenler için ideal bir hamamdı. 1 gece konakladığımız heaven cave house otelden çok mutlu ayrıldık.Odalar cok güzel ve gayet temizdi.Tülin hanım her konuda çok yardımcı oldu bize :) ayrıca Aylin hanım da tülin hanımda o kadar güleryüzlü ki ordan biriymiş gıbı hıssedıyorsunuz kendinizi..Çok güzel ve sakin bir bahçeside var.Aylin hanımın kahvaltııya çıktıgımızda omletimizi sıcak sıcak yapıp getirmesi ise çok hoşumuza gitti.Kahvaltısıda gayet güzeldi.biz çok memnun kaldık yıne gelsek Ürgüp 'e yıne konaklayacağımız yer burası olur .

The staff is simply fantastic. Aylin was concerned about us before our arrival and gave us the best room in the hotel. We even had a Hammam inside the room, thanks to Aylin who gave us an upgrade. Breakfast is the best we had in a hotel. The ladies in the kitchen are always preparing some nice surprise. The amount of food is even good for a cyclist. And the quality is excellent. Mustafa, the night receptionist was very welcoming too. He has interesting stories to tell and his English is perfect. The place itself is a 400 years old house and the rooms we received were actually caves. The hotel also offers Tours that are very well priced. No need to bargain.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi ama eksiklikler vardı, tabi bu eksiklikler eşim ve benim gözümden. Eşime göre otelde mahremiyet yoktu, odamız girişteydi ve dışarıdan gelen her sesi çok rahat duyuyorduk, odanın içi çok loştu mağara otel havasını bozmak istemekleri için olabilir ama yatarken ışıkları kapattığınızda aşırı karanlık oluyordu ki buda beni rahatsız etti perdeyi açmak istedim ama giriş kattaydık içerisi gözüküyordu ayrıca camlar çok küçük içeriye hiç güneş veya ışık almıyor hatta bu yüzden havalandırma ne kadar iyi olsada odaya girdiğinizde rutubet kokusu sizi karşılıyor. Ayrıca kahvaltı çok yetersizdi bize göre daha fazla çeşit olabilirdi, başka şeyler eklenebilir, her gün aynı şeyler insan tatile çıktığında butik bir otelde kaldığında özellikler daha özel bişeyler bekliyor, otele ödenen para düşünüldüğündede bunu ister istemez bekliyorsunuz. Onun haricinde temizlik, konum olarak gayet iyiydi. Bahçesine bayıldık terastan ziyade bahçede kahvaltı yapılması daha güzel olurdu, Terasa özenilmemiş çünkü, biran önce kahvaltımızı bitirip bahçeye inmek istedik.

Nice place to stay for short time . However don’t be fooled by the name “cave house” if your looking to stay in the cave this isn’t in the cave it’s just stone . However the breakfast was fresh and hot in the morning they make want you want . Workers was awesome and the owner was very nice and helpful
