「A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel
Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. 「The stay was very comfortable, spacious and location was perfect, close to everything. My only recommendation will be that provide clearer instructions on the check-in and be more proactive on communication. The check-in instructions and self check-in process is a little bit confuse. Sometimes the door did not respond to the code and spend sometime trying to retrying the code. Kind of annoying when happens late in the night. Besides that everything was excellent. Will stay again.」
