「Appartamento moderno vicino al centro, pulito」

「Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!」

「Great location.Perfect for convenience in Vittoria. We used a parking garage in town, 10 mins walk away Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. 」

「Supervriendelijke mensen. Heel gastvrij. Zij spraken alleen spaans, wij alleen engels, maar we kwamen er wel uit. De keuken was eenvoudig maar alles voldoende aanwezig voor ons. 」

「Clean and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment is well-situated next to Transvia station and near main bus station. It's easy to get to the apartment from the Bilbao airpot as there's a direct bus to the main bus station walking. There is a supermarket in the building which was extremely handy. Manu provided us with ample supplies (coffee grounds, milk for the kids, etc) to get us started on our exploration. He met us upon arrival to the apartment, was easy to...

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
