"We really enjoyed our experience at Ycona, one of the nicest hotel experiences. The hotel was really well laid out, and the staff were incredible, the friendliest and kindest people. It was also a really good move by the resort to have a WhatsApp group that had all the staff on it so there was always someone able to assist our requests. Thank you to everyone for the experience, and for making my wife’s birthday special at dinner with a vibrant happy birthday song! I would definitely recommend...

"I booked the hotel for thirty days and ended leaving after 4 days. The pictures may look pretty and filtered, and the name sounds wonderful. But the experience was not, this place should be named Eden Encampment. How this is labeled as a 3 star hotel is beyond me. This is at most a 1 star hotel on its best day. It was advertised on hotel.com as having free wifi, to my dismay there was NO WIFI. The owner tried to play it off by providing me with a sim card 2 days later, I was charged for...

"De var rigtig søde og rare, men alting går meget langsomt, de kan ikke svare på noget selv. Vi var ramt af rigtige mange strømafbrydelser, og det er jo ikke deres skyld, men det var meget frustrerende. Der var alt for mange fulde tjekker. Vores værelser lå lige uden foran underholdnings stedet, hvor der blevet givet den gas hver aften, og med små børn var det virkeligt irreterne at høre på. Der blev spillet høj musik ved poolen hele dagen, hvilket var meget irreterne. Poolen blev ikke renset...

"This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam. I filled a complaint to Orbits about this scam (as I paid for 4 stars...
