“I had a wonderful stay at Ycona Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff attended to our every need and made us feel truly cared for. The manager, Claudia, along with Omar, were especially outstanding—both were incredibly helpful in facilitating all of our plans and were always flexible and accommodating. They even helped arrange romantic activities on-site, which made our stay extra special.
The villas were spotless and cleaned daily, which added greatly to our comfort. This ended up……

“Sehr nettes Resort, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hervorragend am Meer gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, welches sich rührend um unsere kleine Tochter kümmerten.
Außerhalb des Resorts ist nicht viel aber mit dem Taxi kommt man überall hin”

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level.
Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”
