「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「The hotel is right next to the downtown area of Catania, so it's conveniently walkable to many tourist attractions and restaurant. Just like many urban city hotels, the building itself was older, but the interior was renovated and looked nice. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even offering complimentary prosecco when we checked in. Parking costed 25 Euro/night but it was valet and the valet I had went the extra mile to help out with luggages.」

「My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...
