So much to love about this hotel. Off the beaten path but close enough to the action. Great price, great rooms, great facility. Our first and only choice from now on.

Service is very good

Welcoming staff, clean facilities (minus the smoke), and clean room. The smoking indoors took us off guard. We both smelled the smoke as soon as we walked in the doors.

I love the signature hotel , but my experience this time wasn't the greatest starting with the phone in the hotel, it wasn't working to call front desk to bring my luggage to the room, good thing i call on my phone so they can come and take care of it the maintenance guy came so quickly, but next day i was asking for a hairdryer and they took way too long , was waiting for about 45minutes to an hour and i call like 3 times to know the update on the hairdryer, they never showed up while i was in the room waiting,and my hair was already dry after waiting for so long, when we left the room ,we put the do not disturb our no housekeeping needed on the door because i don't need anything anymore, so when i came back to my room at night, for my surprise housekeeping open the door and left the hairdryer on the table.. i really don't needed anymore after almost an hour they took to decide to bring it, and if they see the sing of not disturb or no need housekeeping why THEY STILL ENTER TO THE ROOM , they should have call first .. i was very disappointed of this situation..

Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was heated which was nice when we went in October when it wasn’t extremely hot. The casino is small but good for a Vegas vacation that isn’t necessarily focused on gambling.
