Dull place

Spa closed at 16 on sundays. Check before you book if you expect to use the spa Room looked like a old hospital room, no deco. Breakfast was dull. Beautyfull location though

We chose this property and drove out of our way to get to it because it advertised 4 pools and was kid friendly. The Expedia pictures even supported that. What it didn’t say was that upon our Sunday arrival, the pool and facilities would be closed at 3:30 pm (which was when we arrived) and the one and only restaurant in the area would close at 6. When I asked if there were any pools open for our kids, we were told “the lake”. Lol thanks. Real helpful. This is not a normal resort, it’s a health institution and that is fine, but it should be advertised as that. We honestly walked in with two tired kids, who just wanted to swim, Looked at the room and then promptly left. We decided it was worth the extra hour drive and forfeiting the money we spent, not to stay here. Again, nothing against the people staying there and the aim of the place of treatment and healing, but better advertisement is needed. I do also wonder the quality of the facilities for kids if we were there during operating hours. Would they be welcomed or just a burden, because let’s face it, kids in a pool just want to laugh, splash and have fun. I am doubtful that would be allowed.

Hotelli oli mukava ja siisti. Perhehuoneessa oli loistavasti tilaa perheelle ja oma sauna oli loistava. Olisimme kaivanneet jääkaappia huoneeseen. Koko kylpylä jäi meidän osaltamme käyttämättä. Saavuimme sunnuntaina illalla, joten emme ehtineet kylpylään, joka oli mennyt kiinni klo 16. Maanantaina huoneen luovutus klo 12, mutta kylpylä aukesi vasta klo 16. Kotimatkaammekin piti jättää aikaa, joten emme voineet jäädä odottamaan kylpylän aukeamista, vaikka tämä olisi hintaan kuulunutkin ja olisi ollut kovin odotettua. Onneksi mukava uimaranta ja oma sauna pelastivat matkamme. Olisi ollut toivottavaa, että kylpylä olisi ollut asiakkaiden käytössä edes aamulla muutaman tunnin klo 12 asti, ja sitten auennut uudelleen klo 16.

Vi hade en helt underbar vistelse här. Det är sällan man hittar ett ställe där allt bara stämmer, men här var helheten verkligen perfekt. Vi är supernöjda med allt och längtar redan till nästa år när vi planerar att komma tillbaka

Vanhanajan kylpylähotelli, jossa rappioromantiikkaa. Hyvä ruoka ja palvelu, erikoisruokavaliot otettu hyvin huomioon. Huoneet kuluneet, mutta siistit. Kuntosali, kylpylä ja spa hoidot hyviä. Sijainti kansallispuiston helmassa tarjoaa hienot puitteet vierailulle hotellissa. Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Tänne on mukava tulla aina uudelleen!

Rokua on kaunis paikka. Ravintolassa hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa. Huoneet aika perus, meidän huoneessa ei ollut minijääkaappia eikä ilmastointia. Pärjäsi hyvin yhden yön.

Kylpylä oli siisti ja sauna hyvä. Allasjumppa oli lämminvesialtaassa joten jumppa oli tehokasta ja uusi näyttö oli hyvä. Suuri näyttö joten pystyi hieman kauempanakin olemaan. Ruoka oli puffetissa ihan ok. Huone oli siisti ja hyvä. Jotain parannettavaa varmaan aina mutta kokonaisuus hyvä.
Lemmikit sallittu oli hyvä asia.

Uima-allas hyvä, ikkunat erittäin likaiset linnun kakasta, olimme su ip, jolloin vähän muita asiakkaita. 15.3 aamuvuoron respa ystävällinen ja tilannetaju, palvelualttius kohdillaan. Päivällinen erittäin hyvä, samoin keittiö hlökunta. Huoneiden ilmanvaihto erittäin huono. Nukuimme ikkuna auki koko yön. Huoneissa paha haju mennessä, luulen korvaus korvausilman puutteesta johtuvaksi. Wc haisi pelkällä vedellä pestyksi, muuten siisti huone.

Huone haisi tunkkaiselle ja viemäri oli tukossa. Juttelimme ja nauroimme ystäväni kanssa kun oveen koputettiin klo 22.20. Respahenkilö tuli ilmoittamaan meille liian äänekkäästä puheesta.....joka häiritsi naapurissa olevaa lapsiperhettä. Olimme tyrmistyneitä että meidän normaali puhe ja nauru johti valitukseen ja se ilmoitettiin meille. Emme olleet nauttineet edes alkoholia.... Jatkossa emme enää käytä kyseistä hotellia kun naapurihuoneen vieraat näyttävät määrittelevät millä äänellä saa keskustella ja nauraa omassa maksetussa huoneessa. Onkohan äänieritys riittävä? Onko syytä varaustilanteessa huomioida vieraat jotka ovat herkkiä äänien suhteen ? Meidän reissu meni pilalle tämän tyrmistyttävän kokemuksen myötä.
