  • Located on the Texas Hill Country Trail in the settlement of Utopia. This custom built vacation home offers quick and easy access to Garner State Park, The Frio river and Lost Maples State Park, as well as the Vanderpool motorcycle museum, Utopia Park, Frio River and the Sabinal river.
    Beautiful star filled nights await you, your family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful sun rise or the stunning moon rise and the warm Hill Country air from your private pool. Or spend your days taking in the incredible views and exotic wildlife on the 2,000 sq ft covered porch.
    This home features 2 of every appliance to accommodate your large group. Each room has it own private bath with walk in shower.
    Outside, a fire pit for your nightly S'mores roast as well as a BBQ pit. Don’t forget the Putting Green, Washer Pit, Swimming pool, Hot tub, Pool table, Shuffleboard Table, Ping-pong table, Foosball table and Washer boards all here as well.

Fantastic

This was our second stay at the Moondance, and it was just as amazing as the first! The property is spacious, with incredible views and a fantastic pool. There’s plenty to do right on-site, which makes it perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’d definitely stay here again—such a great time!

We loved our stay a Moondance. The house was a great fit for our large group. It was clean, had plenty of room, lots of activities for all ages, and the owners were great to work with. Will stay here again.

We absolutely LOVE this place! This is our 4th year coming back and we will continue to. There is no need to go anywhere since the property has so much entertainment and relaxation.

The venue is fabulous, clean, and enjoyable rain or shine. People can swim, play golf, play yard games and board games. The kitchen and bedrooms are really nice. We love going there

We had a group of 5 families at this property and accommodations were nearly perfect. Great views, house is equipped to host very large groups- from towels to the kitchen. The pool is large with a wonderful outdoor space.

Totally amazing, house is even better than pics, beautiful scenery. We were there celebrating Thanksgiving. There were 21 of us. The kids had a fantastic time and spent all day, every day outdoors. There really is 2 of everything which worked great for Thanksgiving for my large family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Carol was a fantastic host and could not have been more welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great Place

This has been the best place yet to stay at. The location of the home has great views and plenty of activities for all ages all day long, and it is only a 30-minute drive to Concan. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great spot with great amenities

Rented this for my bachelor party, and it was an amazing choice. So many things to do on site with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Host was extremely friendly and available when needed.
