“Ok”

“The room was cleaned very last minute and it was missing some items, did not feel like a completely ready room. Also the upkeep is subpar comparing with other Taj experience. ”

“small rooms, less option for breakfast, noisy environment”

“Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. ”

“Excellent hotel - staff all super helpful and breakfast was amazing. ”

“Very nicely built and the rooms were spacious + comfortable. Service was also very good, no complain. ”

“This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building.”

“Good one”
