“Good stay but the staff could have been more attentive. The lady receptionist was amazing very friendly and full of knowledge. Breakfast was very average but the dinner was great but after four nights it would have been good to have a daily special that was separate from the menu. Location good for attractions but not so good for restaurant options.”

“The resort is well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were hit and miss ranging from very good at the theme nights to disappointing at breakfast, which was a shame and did take away from what could have been an excellent experience rather than good.”

“We booked 3 double rooms and a twin beds room. Staff were gracious and we arrived to a lovely, refreshing drink. Property was very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, had many varieties to choose from. Rooms, had air-conditioning, and were super clean, with bottles of water and milk in fridge, various teas and coffee sachets on offer. Bathrooms were fantastic, good water pressure. Staff were very approachable, professional and helpful. Would recommend.”

“An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff. Have found our spot for Apia and will definitely return. Thank you Joe for being so attentive and all……

“For the price I paid for (NZD1500), I still believed that the service was not on par. Stayed in the front rooms of the hotel on the very top floor (top room straight across the waterfront) and 1st day of our stay, we experienced that during the day when there was a gust of wind coming through the front open deck into the open lounge area, it would blow our door opened (even when we fully locked it). For 3 days I complained about this and all they could do was "keep an eye out for it". So when……
