"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return. "

Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre dernière nuit au Vietnam après avoir voyagé pendant 3 semaines et c'était un vrai régal. "Overall great experience. I stayed in the family suite and it was super spacious. Staff were super helpful especially Mai Anh. Only issue was that I wish the facility was more air conditioned throughout the building including the breakfast buffet. However, I would stay here again!"

"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. Beware, mosquitoes are everywhere despite hotel is actively trying to eradicate them."
