Vac Lake

The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

We enjoy our stay here! The hotel is beautiful with an awesome view! The staff are amazing.

The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views.
