You`ll have the guest house all to yourselves. The owner occasionally stays in a separate house on the property, but when not there, the setting is completely private.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound.
