"I didnt like that there was a parking fee. Lodging is expensive enough and than you through in extra fees like parking fees and 100.00 for each additional night that you stayed."

"Last minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely beautiful hotel with the biggest breakfast spread I've ever seen. I have bad food allergies and both non dairy milk and gluten free bread was available. Gigantic and very clean room for the price. I usually have a complaint about something at the hotel I stay at but not this one. Not in the best part of town but very, very secure. Probably one of the nicest places I ever stayed. I would highly recommend."

"Our recent stay at The Westin Downtown Minneapolis was truly a wonderful experience overall. The room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the view of downtown Minneapolis was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to the city skyline made the experience feel extra special. The staff is what truly made our visit memorable. Jay was incredible — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. Manager Xavier was also exceptional. We had a small hiccup with the linens in our room, but I addressed it with Xavier right away, and he immediately stepped in, listened to my concerns, and took care of the situation with professionalism and care. His willingness to assist and make sure we were comfortable really stood out and showed how much he values the guest experience. There were a couple of areas that could use some attention. One of the elevators was out during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. We also spoke with a few frequent guests who mentioned that this particular elevator seems to be out fairly often, so hopefully this is something that can be addressed long-term. The parking situation was another area that could be improved, as it was not as convenient as we would have hoped for hotel guests. Aside from those minor issues, our stay was fantastic. The beautiful room, amazing views, great location, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Jay and Xavier made our experience one to remember."

"We stayed because we were attending a concert at Target Center. It was close to the venue and an easy and quick walk. Parking was $30 but would have paid that much for event parking anyway. The hotel was clean and had a secure entrance. Everyone that we talked with was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and cool (A/C worked great on a 94 degree day). We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again for future events!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our group were able to check in early and keep our rooms close together. The breakfast was really good with many choices. It's located next to Fridays restaurant which is very convenient and walking distance to the mall."
