So glad we stayed here!

Well located to explore Jotunheimen and Dovre. Nice modern rooms and a nice pool. Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. Special shout out to the ladies at reception who are super warm, welcoming and helpful. Also to the chef - the evening meal was absolutely delicious, and one of the best we’ve had in Norway (we’ve been living in Oslo for 1.5 years and are foodies!).

Not a good stay at villa vaga

This hotel was not like we expected it to be at all. We came here for dinner last year and had a great experience and wanted to stay the night but we sadly did not have a good experience this time. There was only one person on staff for the entire hotel besides the cook. The food was alright. Actually the exact same menu as the year before. The room was right next to the freeway and very very small for the price. Tons of flies everywhere in our room and restaurant. The only positive I can say was the bed and pillows were comfortable. But u would not come back.

Service lacking

Hotel was ok but service could be better. On checkin they sent us to the 3rd floor no elevator. I requested an alternative room and the lady told me the hotel was full. The room 333 was very small, hot, could not open the windows. The hotel did not look full, we never saw people in the lobby or checking in or out, nor lots of people hauling their luggage along the corridors or up the stairs.

God frokost. Det manglet informasjon om hva de forskjellige rettene var. Mye god fisk, som jeg lurte på hva var, og tesorter. Svømmebassenget var veldig fint men blir sikkert enda bedre når badstuen er på plass. Jeg spurte om de kunne fylle på såpe i dusjen men det var ikke gjort da vi skulle bare. Ellers var det et fint sted å bo.

Litt lite utvalg av pålegg for min del til frokost da mye var forskjellig type kjøttpålegg gravide ikke kan spise. Men ellers var oppholdet bra. Nytt og fint rom, rent hotell. Hyggelige ansatte. Veldig gode senger.

En overnatting på bilreise. Gode rom og gode senger. Vil nok savne heis om en har mye bagasje, det hadde ikke vi. Fikk ladet el.bilen raskt rett over gata, veldig greit for oss. God frokost med en del lokale produkter. Hadde også en god middag ved ankomsten. Hyggelig personal
