Great, clean place in fantastic location

We stayed here in July while in Vail for a lacrosse tournament, and couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay at Lion Square Lodge. The staff was outstanding, the location perfect, and our particular unit was awesome. We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Steps from the gondola w friendly staff, clean and accessible to everything. Ski rental down stairs and also utilized the hot tub and swimming pool. Highly recommend

Lionshead Square stay

This unit is listed in VRBO as a studio. It is really just a hotel room with a small refrigerator and microwave. Most studios have a kitchenette. Faces parking lot on ground floor. Was clean and surprisingly quiet. We didn’t spend much time in the room but feel it should be listed as a hotel room.

We loved the helpful front desk and valet staff. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful when we needed extra shampoo, but we were disappointed that some easy steps in preparing the room were overlooked like thoroughly cleaning the bathroom floor and tucking in the sheets at the foot of the bed.
