Residence called Cloud Nine

Stayed with my adult family, 6 in total. The property has a great location. We ski and the Ritz ski valet at base of mountain in Lionshead together with shuttle service is amazing. We enjoyed Ritz property and its amenities including top notch gym, hot tub, and hotel lounge. Our unit (called Cloud Nine) was very nice and clean (good housekeeping) but the “mountain facing view” as advertised is not impressive, and we expected better. Also, the unit has terrible interior lighting. Even after you turn on the half dozen or so lights and lamps, it’s a dark unit. Overall, the Ritz experience made it a great stay.

Cloud Nine

The property is fantastic with beautiful amenities, including pool and hot tub. The condo is incredibly nice with spacious bedrooms and fully equipped in all ways. Unfortunately, the check-in process is a bit rough (delayed) and the promised ski rental discounts do not actually exist. Be prepared for these items if you decide to rent this condo.
