Vail Holiday

Our family of five adults and one teen stayed for five nights and had a perfect vacation. The free shuttle into Vail is literally right out the front door. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. An outstanding vacation to finish 2023 and usher in 2024!!! We would stay here again! Thank you to our hosts!!

“Annual Spring Break Family Ski Trip”

Very spacious, well kept, exceptionally clean home! The galley kitchen was stocked with anything you might ever need, which was open to the family room and dining area with large table which easily seats 10 We loved the large gathering area in the center of the home for our grandchildren to play games , while others watched tv in the media area and yet in the same room. It reads 4 bedrooms, but it is actually 5. The large basement room has two queen beds and a flatscreen tv, and bathroom in the same area. The home was great and met our needs so well. The owner was very nice to deal with even though we had no problems at all. The only addition I would suggest is add tv's to the master suite and queen room where adults would be staying, but our family are TV addicts. Bus stop very close to door and yet only 5 minutes or less drive to Vail Village which made us grandparents run our own shuttle. We would definitely stay here again . Our age range was 5 years to 75 years old and a great time was had by all. I will be honest her flex/ cancel policy is what made us decide to stay here . When you have many family members coming you always worry about loosing $$$ when the policy reads 40-60 days out no refund. I have wasted so much money buying the $$$ insurance for fear something would happen in one of the families going and we would have to cancel . I hope properties continue to use the flex cancel method. Thanks for a great visit in your comfy home. Sylvia.

Spring in Vail

A great trip to Vail for spring skiing was made even better with great accommodations. Lots of room for all the guests to relax and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking for 8 a breeze.

Great location for Vail/The best accommodations

We had a large group of friends stay here for a Vail ski/snowboard vacation and this property couldn’t have been better for our group! The sleeping arrangements were great. We had a lot of couples and one single person and everyone got their own room/privacy which is so nice! It’s rare to find a place where one of the “beds” isn’t a pull out couch. The living room area with a gorgeous fire place, is huge, with plenty of furniture for people to sit on. My husband came on the trip, but was unable to ski due to having knee surgery, and he enjoyed relaxing/falling asleep in the comfy reclining chairs in front of the TV in the living room with a nice crackling fire. Needless to say, it was a nice, cozy environment to relax and enjoy time off the slopes! The kitchen is equipped with more supplies than you would ever need. Anything we needed to cook for a large group, they had! We also admired the layout of the place. It worked well and the dining room table is huge. We played many fun games and had large group breakfasts’ and dinners at that table. The shuttle bus stop, which is a few steps away from the place, was a huge benefit for us! It comes every 30 mins and was always on time! With a large group, it can be hard to get everyone to be ready at the same time, so the FREE bus allowed for some independence and it saved us a lot of money parking in the Vail Village. This place was worth every penny we spent and I, and everyone of my friends on the trip, highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family during this strange season. With only steps from the bus stop, we enjoyed many trips into Vail Village. We also enjoyed sitting next to the fire each evening. The house was very clean and the owner was very accommodating and kind!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everything and the shuttle runs right by the house. The house was clean, organized, and the check-in process was super easy and catered to our needs. The ONLY thing that wasn't on par was the oven. Every time we used it smoked rolled out of the oven, so i think maybe it just needed cleaned.
