The location is fantastic - love the more laid back vibe in Lionshead! Lion Square Lodge has all the amenities a fancy needs and are right on top of taking care of any issues that need attention! We’ll be back next summer!!

Second Stay at Lion Square Lodge

I'll continue to keep coming back for skiing. Slope-side accommodations are the best. So convenient to have ski valet right at the Gondola. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great (although previous guest clothing was left in drawer). Room amenities are very good. Would like to have a toaster to go along with the microwave for quick breakfast on the run. Hot tubs are in a great location with a view of the slopes.

Nice location

We have stayed at Lyon Square Lodge several times. This unit is nice but super small. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way which was unfortunate. The location was still great though!

Room temperature

Even with the heat on off, we couldn't get the room to cool off without opening the balcony door. Because we didn't want to leave the door open at night..We barely slept. Ceiling fan had one speed...High..Witch was very gusty and noisy. The fan was not a satisfactory substitute to cooling down the room.
