New hot tub! Beautifully remodeled mountain modern, spacious single-story condominium offering high ceilings and a bright, open feel throughout. The expansive patio features a new hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. South-facing windows flood the space with abundant Colorado sunshine, offering stunning vistas of Vail Mountain.
The condo boasts beautifully updated decor and a chef’s kitchen, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Located just across the highway, about 1 mile west of Vail Village, you’re only a short walk to the Vail shuttle stop, providing easy access to both Vail and Lionshead Villages. A perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience for your Vail vacation.
FEATURES: Primary bedroom has a King bed with gas fireplace and private bathroom with large glass-enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom with a jetted tub, 3rd bedroom has a full bed and private bath. (There is no sleeper sofa in the living room). NEW LARGER DINING TABLE, see close-up photo.
Parking for 1 car only in the Homestake Condos parking lot.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening windows in different rooms creates a draft which cools the condo pretty quickly.

讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
We stayed in this unit for 4 nights. The condo was comfortable and roomy. It was convenient to Vail and surrounding areas. While the parking situation isn't the best, especially if you have more than 2 vehicles, it worked out fine. The unit was nicely stocked with appliances, soap, dishwasher and laundry soap, trash bags and more.
The entry to the unit was not well maintained but this was a minor issue for us.
We would stay here again.
