“寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。”

“I would say it’s an Ok place but will not go back the building is pretty old and the pictures are better than the reality. Even in a room with a king bed the bathrooms are super tiny , everything is old and moldy I think it’s a bit overpriced , but in all the staff was friendly.”

Highly recommend for any occasion, It is family friendly, great for a girls' trip, a couples get-away, etc. The only word of caution is the parking and resort fees are roughly $65 per day ($130 per day). We were surprised, but after re-reviewing the fine print...it was clearly stated. Therefore our miss, not the resorts. Overall, we will be back!”

“There is a ton of construction going on- which I was not aware of when I booked. Parking was away from the place- @ $45/ day. Which was hard for my elderly parents. The unit we stayed in was nice. Pool area does not have umbrellas. No place to eat in the building.”

“The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”

“My only complaint was that our door to the hotel room was behind the front desk, which made coming and going to breakfast a little weird. But there was another door out one bedroom to the parking lot…. the window on that door didn’t stay open so it got stuffy in that room. But the remodel in this historic hotel made it such a great experience. LOVE the location and property. Close to trails and restaurants. The living room furniture in the suite wasn’t very comfortable for lounging around. But……
