「I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. 「The room was horrible, mostly and moldy ac unit. Moved to another room with a broken bed. Asked to be relocated and it took 2 days to be moved to a really nice room, our last night.」

Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. 「There is a ton of construction going on- which I was not aware of when I booked. Parking was away from the place- @ $45/ day. Which was hard for my elderly parents. The unit we stayed in was nice. Pool area does not have umbrellas. No place to eat in the building.」
