“I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. And the front desk is only staffed for a few hours a day, which was not convenient. I arrived late in the evening with no idea about where I could get something to eat, and the……

“The staff, especially the valet attendants, were very polite and helpful. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of Vail Village. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I think the AC in one of our rooms was not working as they placed a stand alone AC unit in the room. It was loud but worked well to keep the room cool. The beds were comfortable. No complaints here. The gym was great. It was spacious and had a good mixture of equipment and plenty of cardio machines. All in all,……

Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment.
