We loved having a place we could all gather around the dining room table for dinner instead of restaurants every night. Everything was neat and tidy. Residence Inn by Marriott Vail
Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels.
