「We found the accommodation easily, whereby the provided pictures were a good help and Adriana made sure that everything was fine. The place was lovely and very quiet - we never slept as rewarding! Following the information received, we went on a beautiful hike through the forest near Lago deli. We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality!」

「Das appartment liegt in einem Hochhaus mit einer atemberaubender aussicht auf den lago maggiore.parkplätze einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lido war alles sehr gut erreichbar.jedoch benötigt man ein auto vor allem mit kindern. Das appartment ist bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt.die Kommunikation mit den vermietern war sehr einfach und angenehm über WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder」

Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“).」

"飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。"
