“This is a little gem just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The host is 10/10 for communication and nothing is too much trouble. The chalet is clean, tidy, lovely comfy beds with a modern kitchen and very modern shower room with a shower home fromHome. “This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!”

Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper……

“Nous venons chaque hiver à Avoriaz depuis une dizaine d'années et nous connaissons donc assez bien la station.Cet hébergement possède de nombreux avantages dont une très belle vue, un intérieur (partiellement) rénové et un espace de vie bien agencé.Il est par ailleurs bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, cafetière Krups, casier a skis,...) et au calme.Côté défauts, citons quand même la salle de bains, qui est a rénover, des canapés lits peu confortables et il est un peu compliqué d'accès (2 ascenseurs……

“Very nice 1 bedroom, 6th floor apartment. Clean, comfortable with a good kitchen. Very nice balcony (in warmer weather). Parking can be difficult but I managed to find safe & legal parking within 3 minutes walk of the building. The owner, Suzy, was very helpful and is very knowledgeable about all things Montreux”
