A plumbing problem limit the hot water for 50% of the customers. This was known by the hotel but they never advised us at the registration. We were part of the 50% customers who took a cold shower for the same price and no compensation except they offer us to book at another hotel. Easter weekend ...

Everything was great. Chalet is very clean and cosy. Just sit back and relax. Large kitchen for cooking together and enjoying meals. Also we appreciated doing a fire outside at night it was amazing .

Par contre, il n'y avait pas de debarbouillette et je crois bien que notre drap contour etait plutot une enveloppe matelas en ratine.
