"Beautiful view from the house, deck and hot tub! Very close to Bowman forest with some great trails (the Panorama is a lot of uphill; L'Ange is less challenging). Decent grocery store in nearby town. We bought firewood right across the road from the Richelieu. Recommend bringing your own axe for splitting, as there wasn't one there. Try the soft serve ice cream with multiple dip flavours at Dépanneur Du Village Val-Des-Bois!The cottage and grounds need some TLC, but overall a comfortable stay."

"Most of the house was clean, but the fridge, microwave and stove was dirty and those are the things you use to put food in and to cook it.It a real nice area and the yard and big and quiet, but around the house there should be a good cleaning, cutting the high grass in the back of the house, it looks spooky.There was only one face cloth left."

"Cozy cabin 2 was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were great. Water activities included kayak, canoe and SUP. The boathouse was just as described. There were 2 sets of stairs to go down to the lake with a beautiful view of the lake from the porch."

"The upstairs rooms have a beautiful view of the lake, as does the living room/kitchen. It’s a beautiful balcony on the back of the house overlooking the yard and dock. The very large dock/deck is wonderful too sun on, knees on, spend time in the lake, just enjoy! The lake is fresh and clear, no motorized gas boat so it’s quiet and serene. They’ll kayak and paddleboard or wonderful to have. Could not have been better!"
