“l'hôtel est bien situé !! Le lieu et le cadre est très agréable. j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit double, à mon arrivé j'ai bien eu un lit double mais ils étaient joints, j'ai donc fais une réclamation à l'hôte d'accueil en précisant ma réservation. Elle à tout de suite pris ma demande en compte et changer de chambre avec lits doubles séparés. vraiment super !!! ”

But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note……

“Very happy with our stay Oct 22-25/ 25. Conveniently located in Montmarte and front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also it helped that they all spoke English! Rooms was small but all that we needed for 3 night stay. We did not have the breakfast. Ample food within short walk. Highly recommend this property in Montmarte. ”

“The room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We just needed a place to rest after the show that we booked (which ended late at night) so this was a perfect choice. They explained a few necessary details like how to come back in after hours and even can help arrange for airport shuttle. The area is not too noisy although we did hear the trucks in the morning due to the this insulation. There are plenty of eateries nearby and the Basilica Sacré Cœur is within walking distance.……

“Dirty, smell & small room. Very very bad service hotel, and no facilities hotel. The elevator & corridor is so terrible. The location is poor. If walk to Avenue des Champs-Élysées / triumphal arch, need over 15 minutes.”
