“Très bon accueil”

“The location, staff and service were great and the new family in charge are wonderful people. We would recommend this stop on the Petit Train du Nord for any cyclists like ourselves. Or if you are here for a ski or hike activity. The only advice would be a more robust breakfast offering fruit or toast in addition to the choice of the yoghurt or breakfast sandwich option. Plus orange juice or something. You could easily charge an extra $15 on top of the room fee for a bigger breakfast as……

“Beautiful location on top of the mountain. Our room was mountain view with a balcony. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The grounds are lovely...lots to do with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool...thermal pool outside...firetables...lots of sports on site.”

“The room was very clean and well organized. Although it was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, it was beautiful, stylish, and very romantic. It gave us a truly unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely stunning. We fell in love with it and enjoyed every moment of the breathtaking scenery. There were only a few minor issues. “Il manquait des pods pour le cafe le 2ème matin, fallait acheter le cafe au restaurant a 4.50 $ la tasse …. On ne savait pas fermer L’air conditioner dans notre chambre #10 alors if fesait froid… tout le rest était bien …Merci”

“They told me they will freeze 50$ as a deposit if there is any damages and said they will return it back...the minute I checked out and left they charged me 50$ without any explanation. Breakfast is terrible, using freezed bagged expired muffins, Milk, cereals, Cold boiled eggs ، toast and bagels. Sink in the room not draining properly. Even the pool very small and shallow my son almost hit his knee when jumped in the pool.”

“We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.”
