"I am so happy with my stay here at this property, its the best! I have nothing negative to say about my stay,, its 5 star's vip the staff is friendly and informative they helped me with good details of activities for the Halloween stay,, if i needed anything staff would tell me to let them know, i love there customer service,.. i highly recommend staying here and i will definitely be staying here in the near future again all 3 of us are happy. "Check in was very difficult due to the fact you have to communicate with them via email and wait for them to contact you to gain access to the property. If the they don’t get back with you, which happened to us , then you will be waiting til late to gain access. Also the property is in the back by what seemed to be a sewer canal and the smell was very VERY bad"
