"Great location and good area with a supermarket nearby. The washing machine was handy. You have to make your own bed with linen which we were not aware of. When booking the photos were of the water facing property but we did not have this property and had the one on the back by the road. Parking was not obvious or clear and we had three cars parked where I think the parking spot for the property was. "This hotel was one of my favorites in all of the world to stay in. The cabins were so cozy and well designed. I would splurge for a room with a view for sure which we had. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a car which made this location work for us. I would recommend to stay here for sure!"

"Amazing stay, thank you! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially with my parking questions. The room was clean, spacious, well stocked with toiletries, and with a beautiful view. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and having coffee available in the lobby was such a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home!"

"Really great hotel with clean rooms and a very nice restaurant. Bfast was also excellent. We checked out a bunch of places, and if you don't want to be in Reine or Henningsvaer (which are both crowded), this place is excellent, and a very short drive to Leknes airport. Around the corner is an excellent grocery store, and there are a couple of cafe's, but the hours didn't work so we missed them. EV map says they have a charger, but we were told it stopped working, so you charge in Leknes. Rooms don't have a refrigerator, which we like so we can get food together for very early hikes the next day - we could probably have had them keep it downstairs for us, but didn't bother. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - I would definitely stay there again."

"Our family had an amazing stay at Hemmingodden lodge. We stayed in a beautiful large home with amazing large ocean views and a very well equipped kitchen. We made breakfast ourselves and dinner a few times after a long day of exploring. We also booked the sauna, it was great and also had a great view as well as the possibility to go swimming. The Lodge also organized a fishing excursion which my husband and son loved! The perfect place to relax! Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again!"
